Inspiration for this piece came from a Pailolo Channel crossing from Maui to Moloka’i and remembering the big rolling swells and mālolo who surfed with me by my feet a length of the way on this very special adventure.
Pattern features vibrant watercolor painted mālolo in a playful design, adorned with hand written names of all the main Hawaiian Islands ocean channels.
