Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

Because our items are made with care in small batches, we offer exchanges or store credit only — no refunds — within 30 days of original purchase.

Exchanges or Store Credit

• Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm your exchange or issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized, custom, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email item details and request to green.ti.maui@gmail.com with your name and order number in the subject. We’ll provide return instructions and next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
