Processing Time

Please allow up to 7 business days (1 week) for your order to be packed and shipped after your purchase date.

As a small-batch brand, each piece is handled with care, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery time begins once your order is in the carrier’s possession.

Transit times will vary based on the shipping service you select at checkout:

• Economy Shipping: Estimated 5–10 business days

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–5 business days

• Drop-Ship / Partner Fulfillment: Times may vary depending on the supplier’s processing and location

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are happy to assist by providing tracking information or documentation if needed.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.

Preorders & Small-Batch Releases

Many of our items are small-batch or made-to-order.

If your purchase includes preorder items, your entire order may ship together once all items are ready.

Shipping updates will be emailed as soon as your order leaves our hands.
