Preorder Policy — The Founding Collection
Thank you for supporting Green Ti Nursery’s Founding Collection — my first limited-edition release of hand-painted designs made in small-batch baby wear and nursery heirlooms. Each preorder helps me create these pieces responsibly and sustainably.
How Preorders Work
- Each preorder is made-to-order and part of a limited small-batch run.
- Your payment is collected upfront to reserve your piece in production.
- Once production begins, your order is secured and cannot be modified or canceled.
Estimated Shipping
- Shipping timelines will be listed on each product page.
- Orders that include preorder items will ship together once all pieces are complete.
- We’ll notify you by email as soon as your order ships or if there are any updates to the timeline.
Returns & Exchanges
- Preorder items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Personalized or custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Because every piece is produced in small quantities, preorders help us avoid overproduction and keep each collection special.
